Payment Terms & Refund Policy
- Payments for Ai2Mind's services are accepted via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment gateways, or as otherwise specified in a client agreement or invoice.
- Except where explicitly agreed in writing in a client contract or statement of work, payments made for services are non-refundable once processed.
- Digital receipts or invoices are generated upon successful payment.
- Please review engagement terms, service fees, and invoices carefully, as no exceptions are made for change-of-mind cancellations absent a specific contractual provision.
